Push, News & Live Status
One tap reaches every phone. Two admins cannot send it twice.
Set-time changes, gate alerts, weather calls, the countdown, the afterparty drop. A broadcast lands on every opted-in phone in seconds, the live status board carries the details, and the news feed keeps it all in one place.

Why it works
Broadcast with a confirmation
Publishing a status never sends a push by itself. Staff pick Send Push, confirm it, and an idempotency key makes sure a retry or a second admin on another phone cannot deliver the same alert twice.
Severity shows, it does not shout
Info, delay, weather, emergency. Severity changes how prominent the banner is in the app, not whether it is delivered. An emergency takes over the home screen; a delay is a strip.
Templates for the moments you know are coming
Doors open, set time change, weather hold, lost child, last call, afterparty tickets. Write them in the CMS in advance and send them from a phone with one field to fill in.
What you can expect
What ships,
screen by screen.
Live status board
Cards for anything happening now, with a category, a severity, an optional link and a pinned banner in the app. Managed from the CMS or the Ops tab on a staff phone.
News feed with an in-app reader
Posts with an image, a body and a link, read inside the app so people come back to the schedule after. Sponsored posts are one of the eight placements.
Direct push to one attendee
Find a profile in the CMS and message one phone. Your item is at the tent. Your friend is looking for you at medical. Your ride is at gate B.
Launch popups
A full-screen image or video teaser on open, shown once, scheduled from the CMS. Lineup drops, ticket tiers, the aftermovie.
Included
On every plan, from Core up.
