Sponsorship & Revenue
The only ad surface at your festival with a full share of voice.
A banner on site competes with a hundred others. The app competes with nothing: it is opened before the gates, between every set and at 2 AM. Eight placements, priced as tiers, counted per campaign, and every dollar stays with the festival.

Why it works
Inventory, not a logo slot
Home feature banner, splash presenting lockup, sponsored push, sponsored news post, map activation pin, featured vendor tile, utility sponsorship and the partner logo strip. Each is a campaign with a window, a weight and a creative.
Counted, so it sells again
Impressions and taps per campaign, live in the CMS. A wrap report after the event with aggregate numbers only. That report is what closes next year's renewal.
No platform cut
Some vendors take a percentage of what you sell in their app. There is no fee on sponsor revenue here, on any plan. The rate card is yours to set.
What you can expect
What ships,
screen by screen.
Weighted rotation with windows
Campaigns rotate by weight inside their dates. A presenting sponsor can hold the splash all week while three gold sponsors share the home banner. Creative is cached so rotation keeps working offline.
A rate card, ready to send
Tiers and a la carte pricing, built with you from your head count and your sponsor list. The Eternal NYE 2026 card runs from a $1,500 partner tier to a $10,000 presenting tier.
The dashboard
Every active campaign with its impressions, taps and tap rate, by day. Sponsors get a PDF; you get the screen.
The sales deck
A deck your sales side can send the week the app lands, with the placements, the reach and the pricing. Included on Pro, an add-on below it.
